Late last year we made a decision to expand our public facing sensor infrastructure.
These sensors look for activity that is occurring on the Internet and in privately owned data centers to allow us to detect malicious activity and threats that we can then distribute to our customers to protect them from malware and hacking threats.
The technology being utilized is based on custom sensors developed by Jigsaw Security including upgraded versions of our commercial FirstWatch sensor product, Modern Honeypot Network and similar technologies. This data is then ingested into the Jigsaw Analytic platform so we can see what is occurring and run predictive analytics to determine high probability actions of threat actors.
