During an upgrade of our intelligence platform we ran into an issue in which we have had to upgrade the system in which the platform is running. Late last night we started working to migrate our data to a new system. There will be no loss of data and all account information is being migrated to the new instance which will go live later this evening during our maintenance window.
We will sync user accounts prior to the migration to the new server and all data has already been replicated to the new instance. This change should not be noticed by our users and all information should migrate. No change of API keys will be required to continue pulling data for those customers with a subscription that access our services.
