Customers have requested information concerning our companies status in regards to the SolarWinds supply chain attack. Below are the facts concerning Jigsaw Security and this issue:
Jigsaw Security as an entity does NOT operate SolarWinds products
One of our hosting environments does have SolarWinds products but not any of the vulnerable versions and we do not allow storage of credentials or allow that instance to update. It was NOT vulnerable to this particular supply chain attack.
We do not have any environments affected by this vulnerability through our own network or any third party networks.
